I've always loved photography.

As I kid I would pore over the pages of Life magazine and National Geographic. I'd look into the eyes of all those strangers and wonder what their life was like.

It was like a type of time travel, and with a little imagination I could transport myself to a place I'd never been. And I always had so many questions...  what happened right after the photo was taken? Why were they laughing so hard? 

I still wonder about things like that when I look at an image, and part of the fun of being a photographer is seeing a story unfold right in front of you and finding a way to capture it.
